Common Raccoon (Procyon lotor): The familiar masked bandit, widespread across North America.

Crab-eating Raccoon (Procyon cancrivorus): Tropical dweller with a taste for crabs, found in Central and South America.

1. Pygmy Raccoon (Procyon pygmaeus): Tiny and arboreal, living in the forests of Central and South America.
